From Route 2 (Ritchie Highway) take College Parkway for 2.4 miles, turn left on Shore Acres Road., then follow to Bay Hills on your right.

Pet Policy

Pets/Animals are Family at Bay Hills. A maximum of two (2) household pets (dogs and/or cats) is permitted per apartment. ESA/Service Animals are included in this maximum. Only one (1) large dog is allowed per apartment. Large dogs weighing 50 lbs or more are restricted to ground-floor apartments. Pet Registration Requirements Each pet/animal must be registered and approved prior to occupancy. The following are required: Photo of pet(s)/animal(s). Approved veterinarian information Breed and temperament certification for pets (completed by a licensed veterinarian) Verification of vaccination records, including rabies Meet and greet with office staff (dogs only) Signed Pet/Animal Addendum Pet Costs A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required for one (1) pet or $400 for two (2) pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 per apartment, regardless of the number of pets. Breed Restrictions The following dog breeds, including any mix of these breeds, are strictly prohibited from residing at or visiting the property: Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Bulldog, Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff), Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky (including Siberian Husky), Malamute, Mastiff (including Bull Mastiff and Neapolitan Mastiff), Pit Bull (including Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, and Wolf-Dog Hybrid (including all wolf-like breeds), as well as any pet/animal deemed aggressive. Behavior Policy Pet/Animal privileges may be revoked at any time if a pet/animal exhibits aggressive behavior or poses a threat to staff, residents, or other pets/animals.
